Windshield Repair– NOVUS Glass guarantees its windshield repair will not crack further and will pass vehicle inspection in all states, for as long as you own your vehicle, or we will refund the price of the original repair. Or, a complete refund will be given as a credit toward the purchase of a new windshield from the NOVUS Glass facility that repaired the windshield.
Windshield and Fixed Auto Glass– Your replacement glass is warranted against defects in installation materials and workmanship for AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER OWNS THE VEHICLE. This warranty expires when you sell the vehicle. Stress breaks and other defects in the glass are warranted for 90 days. This warranty is void should breakage or damage occur due to a foreign object, vandalism, theft, Acts of God, or self-inflicted damage. Motorhome/Bus/RV windshields are not warrantied against stress breaks. The sealing of any new fixed auto glass part is guaranteed except for leakage due to body deterioration.
OEM and Dealer Parts- All parts purchased from the dealer are subject to the manufacturer warranty. Most dealer manufactures carry a 90-day warranty against defects. Please contact your local NOVUS Glass to have us help facilitate an inquiry for you regarding a possible warranty claim for OEM or Dealer supplied parts.
Moveable Auto Glass– NOVUS Glass will warranty all moveable glass parts installed for a period of 90 days. Workmanship is covered for AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER OWNS THE VEHICLE. NOVUS Glass will vacuum all the glass fragments possible out of your door or hatch, however, many of these fragments can get into areas we are unable to access. These fragments can cause issues with lock mechanisms, latches, switch, or other items located in the door or hatch. NOVUS Glass will not warranty mechanical or electrical issues related to damage caused by vandalism or glass fragments. NOVUS Glass always recommends a professional detail shop in most cases.
Used Glass or Customer Supplied Glass-We offer no product warranty on customer supplied parts. NOVUS Glass does not offer product nor workmanship warranty on used parts.
WARRANTY WORK CAN BE COMPLETED ONLY WITH THIS INVOICE OR YOUR WARRANTY FOLDER/CARD. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPIIRE WHEN YOU SELL YOUR VEHICLE.

**Rental Disclaimer: Driver must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license, FULL COVERAGE insurance, and a major credit card on hand and all documents must not expire through the duration of your rental. Driver will be required to agree to and sign St. Albans Rental Car Policies Contract.
